During the first twenty-four months of this PPP and until the first fifteen of January following said period, the TO rate shall be applied. After said period, each January fifteenth, the corresponding tariff schedule shall be adopted from the following ones according to the accumulated tonnage of the previous calendar year. Notwithstanding the foregoing on the application of the TO tariff, said TO tariff may be updated in accordance with section c of this prescription as from the 12 months of validity of this PPP.
The updates due to cost variations to be applied in accordance with the provisions of section d. of this Prescription shall be applied to all the rate schedules in this section.

The anchorages, in which the effective provision of the service takes place, on board the vessel, up to the anchorage point, which take place at the convenience and request of the shipowner or Captain of the vessel for arrival, supplies at anchorage, waiting for orders, etc., shall accrue 75% of the rate corresponding to a single maneuver.
For the calculation of the accumulated tonnage, the GT accumulated in the maneuvers, as defined in this prescription, will be established, according to the information provided by the APV Statistics Department.

Maximum rates applicable to inbound and outbound maneuvers are as follows, being “General” the one applicable to all vessels:
Rate TO. Applicable for accumulated tonnage between 47,000,001 and 50,000,000 GT.
Less than 6.000 GT 262,21€.
Over 6,000 GT
168.14 + 29.98 (GT/1000) €.

The maneuver, within the port, for change of berth will accrue 25% more than the rate (1.25*rate), which corresponds according to the GT of the vessel.
In the event that the accumulated tonnage of the previous year is outside the upper and lower margins (T+2 and T-2, respectively) contemplated in the following tables, an extraordinary revision of the maximum rates shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of section d. of this Prescription, and the rate table of the corresponding end shall be applied while the extraordinary revision is being processed.

Maneuvers of vessels without engines will have an increase of 100 %.

Vessels shall be obliged to perform the maneuver at the time established in the request to start the service. If once the pilot has embarked, the service is suspended by the captain’s will, 75% of the corresponding rate shall be paid, provided that this suspension is decided within 30 minutes from the time the pilot has embarked for the requested service. When the suspension is decided within 15 minutes after this period, 100% shall be paid and the service shall be cancelled, and the vessel shall have to request the required service again.
